I have never dealt with this company but my review is about Emma Inzani whom I spoke with in order to book an... appointment with a Doctor. She was very rude and abrupt despite the fact that I was paying privately/through Bupa. I am a polite person and spoke with her politely but I'm not going to be tolerated being spoken to in that very rude, abrupt manner. Avoid speaking with her at any cost because she is very unhelpful!read more
