Recruiting the best administrative team is imperative to the successful performance of any clinic, hospital or practice. Your Designated HR and Recruitment manager will work closely with you to understand your exact requirements and help you to attract and recruit the perfect addition to your team.

They will manage all aspects of the recruitment process on your behalf from writing the job description, shortlisting candidates via telephone and video interviews, preparing the final short list for you to interview and managing the job offer, collection of references and DBS check if needed.

HR Management

In our experience consultants quite understandably tend to want to focus on their patients and their surgery and whilst they value their team members and employees, they would prefer to have assistance with the HR aspect of their practice. Our team of Designated HR Managers can provide this assistance on a flexible basis, whether you require one day a week or one day a month.

We recommend the use of Charlie HR which is a HR system suited to companies employing up to 150 employees. Charlie HR provides an easy way to manage holidays, performance management and all administrative aspects of HR. We can also support you with the financial responsibilities of payroll, pensions etc.
