Our Client

Hormone Health is a private women’s health clinic founded by Professor Nick Panay. The clinics specialise in helping women by creating tailored management programmes for the sexual, reproductive and post-reproductive phases of their lives. Hormone Health Associates are an integral part of the team, allowing Hormone Health to offer a wide choice of appointments, along with the patient support services provided by The Fertility Partnership (TFP).

Our Challenge

Organising a 3-day event in Central London on top of your usual clinic work is no small task, so Nick Panay of Hormone Health asked the Designated Medical marketing team for support. This biannual event, for a group of around 40 senior consultant gynaecologists and obstetricians, from all over the UK and Ireland, is organised by a different group member each time. The event was a mixture of academic sessions and social events and, whilst there is a general structure to adhere to, each organiser has the freedom to create their own agenda and is looking to make the most of their host city.

The event, whilst modest in number of attendees, was very complex – with six venues plus a range of activity destinations over the course of three days, and many transfers between them all.

Our Results

Along with managing the entire event and logistics, our team created a bespoke event microsite which included all the required information (dates, venues, locations etc) as well as a registration platform. All information was updated centrally, rather than having to reissue amended details leading up to the event.

Working within the client’s budget and personal preferences, a wide selection of lunch, dinner and activity options was presented for selection, settling on a dinner at the top of The Gherkin.

The event was a great success and was enjoyed by all attendees.
